I checked my other updated systems and all of them have this in httpd.service
I'll work on moving the logs out of the same general tree as the document root, but this seems like a big change. Maybe I missed it in the changelog?
I have a dim recollection of ProtectHome=read-only being announced as a change, in fedora-devel.
