How can I fix it without currently resizing /boot?
Remove old kernels. Something like `dnf remove kernel-*6.6.13-100*` and `dnf remove kernel-*6.7.4-100*`.
You could also delete the rescue kernel and regenerate it later. Something like `rm /boot/*rescue*`.
