You think you're only keeping 2 kernels, but you definitely have a full
3 kernels there (plus the rescue one). Your /boot partition is too
small, but if you actually reduce it down to 2 kernels, you should be fine.
You could also probably migrate the /boot directory into /, but without
having a live USB option, that might be a bit risky.
