I checked BIOS settings it was set to RAID, set it to ACHI and now I can see a little bit more when starting 6.6.4 fedora kernel

[ OK ] Started systemd-ask-password-plymouth.path - Forward Password Requests to Plymouth Directory Watch.
[ OK ] Reached target paths.target - Path Units.
[ OK ] Reached basics.target - Basisc System.

[ 2.092182 ]  nvme0n1: p1 p2 p3 p4 p5 p6
[ 2.093443 ] r8169 0000:03:00.0 enp3s0: renamed from eth0
.....
Starting dracut-pre-pivot.service - dracut pre-pivot and cleanup hook...

I selected the 6.64 kernel and removed rhgb quiet.  Screen stays there kernel does not boot.
