This was not possible because the screen just became black with Dell Logo on the background.  Before the other kernels, this used to work, but with this one it does not work.

There is an issue with efi with newer kernels on install media[1], the kernels 6.6.x do not work on this machine.  I ran the jornalctl command but on the working kernel, the later/newer ones just hang.
