I tried:

No longer no permissions but now
Error opening serial port '/dev/ttyUSB0'. (Port busy)

Dr. Google seems to think I need a reboot for this to work. I have
too many things running to want to reboot.
Actually I am trying to get the Arduino IDE stuff to work and it wants
to use the ttyUSB0 and gets permissions denied.
Is rebooting the only option?
