It's even the default, so unless you accidentally hit 'y'
before pressing return, nothing will be done.

Of course, many people get into the habit of adding the `-y`
option to dnf commands, which I'd avoid.

But there is the `--assumeno` option which avoids the prompt
and exits.  That's essentially equivalent to a `--dry-run`
option.
