I opened a KDE bug, which was subsequently closed:
<https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=477040>. I then opened the
Fedora-specific bug:
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2249809>.

Let's see what the maintainers have to say.
