Is AnyDesk any good?

Hi All,

I currently subscribe to Go To Assist to provide
remote support to my customers.

Go To Assist has a lot of problems. They refuse to
support Linux. They do not take bug reports. They
do not take enhancement requests from users. It
is incredibly difficult to get low skill users
logged in. It never gets any better.

Anyway, I found Any Desk as an alternative.
I hate to drop Go To Assist if an
alternative does not work at least as well,
as I have a $490/yr subscription rate as I was
part of their beta program. If I drop and go
back, I am back at the $1000/yr price

So anyway, before I start demoing Any Desk, I
though I'd ask you guys what you used for
remote support.

Many thanks,
-T
