Your sda5 is likely the issue.
Anaconda ignores all disks with an iso9660 filesystem on it. Probably so they don?t get included when booted from a USB device with the LiveCD ISO dd?d to it.

Booting an installer from a hard disk partition used to work,
at least sometimes.
Where do I go to complain about this?
At the very least, it should be documented,
instead of leaving the victim with a mystery to solve.
For that matter, how did you find out?
I have other issues now,
