I thought it would be interesting to see what happens when Firefox is invoked. There is nothing promising in the Firefox box on the panel and the only promising entry in the Firefox entry in the Application Launcher is in the drop down box in
Application Launcher->Internet->Firefox->(Right Click)
This is "Open the Profile Manager", so I invoked this. Result another similar crash. A log is attached; perhaps someone will find it useful.
It seems odd to me that there is no easy way to see what is supposed to happen when a desktop item is invoked in a particular way. I would think an entry for a Right-Click on any such item should be something like "System Action" or whatever.
