I will answer this thread to close it out so if anyone with this problem that might refer to this thread, can have an answer or at least, a direction in which to go. I reinstalled everything and choose the wifi option and entered my wifi password. Then went back to the main screen that gives the options including "network" and "storage...". I then gave more time for the server to search for the closest mirror and respond with a metadata list. Then the response "closest mirror" appeared and remained on the screen. I reinstalled and everything seemed to work. So I believe this solved the problem. _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
