What do I set so that the apps I had running the last login are autorestarted? That is the behavior I am use to, but I can't figure out what is different that on this new F38, I start up on login with nothing running.
When you go to Applications > Logout and get the prompt to pick a shutdown, or reboot, or suspend, or logout, there's also a checkbox there to save the current session. Do that, and the apps will get autorestarted.
