After last update Minimize/Maximize Buttons on windows
titlebar is gone away, good.

But the Middle-Click mouse button set to "lower" and pressed on title
bar is here, it doesn't always work.

On native gnome windows like Evolution or control panel work as aspect,
but on third-party windows like Firefox or KeepassXC or LibreOffice the
title bar it is smaller and "lower" function does not work.
