You need to check with your browser that content filtering is working, as well as ensuring you've set your networking options up the way you expected, browsers don't always work the way you expect them (they can bypass ordinary DNS lookups in various ways). Since you're using https://www.opendns.com/ as a filter, it has a set of test instructions to check it's working, including testing the filtering options.
