authoritative answers to your dns queries. If so, there's no one
answer, as that depends on which domain you're asking about at any given

Hi Joe, I find your answer misleading. When you request the NS record
from a resolver ( caching name server ) you get the official TOP down
AUTHORITATIVE answer in effect at the time the record was cached. There
is only one answer. If you don't trust that the resolver is providing
the current IP address for that domain's authority (NS) you can pull it
yourself by starting at the top and following the chain of authority all
the way down until you reach the the domain's current NS record.
