Regards, Jerry gave half of the ultimate solution. Yes, you need to request a new API key. But the gnome-abrt program (Problem Reporting) must be reconfigured to use the new key. That is a real pain because there are maybe a dozen places that the various preferences contain that value and I see no way to change it except to find all of them and paste in the new key.
