Installed CentOS8 on a VM from
CentOS-8.1.1911-x86_64-dvd1.iso
Trying to update it gives
Failed to download metadata for repo 'appstream'
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'appstream'
I have the rpm's on a local repository but disabling the repos has no
effect on the error and will no proceed with the update.
is there a fix?
