Config.d directories are designated as places where multiple configuration files are placed. Tim is talking about historical convention for a single configuration file. And the way you phrased your response comes across as sarcastic and demeaning, almost as a personal attack. Maybe you didn't mean it that way, but that's how I would interpret it. You could have said something like, "What about multiple configuration files in config.d directories? Doesn't that contradict what you are saying?" _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
