The first line I wonder if indicates something to do with sound.
va = Video Acceleration
Nothing to do with sound.
Furthermore, when Vivaldi plays back a video Fedora, in 'Sound' does not
show a 'Volume Level' for Vivaldi while it does show for other apps.
I did simple 'Reset .. to Default" in Vivaldi but that did not help the
sound issue.
Then Vivaldi is not able to access the sound server for some reason.
This is also not a Fedora package, so you should contact whoever is
providing it.
