This appears to be associated with a multi-port USB device. After a few

multi-port is broken)?

I have had problems with keyboards that have USB ports (an old Apple
model and a RPI keyboard), but not for several weeks. With the keyboards,
input was dropped and the lights would flash, so I assume some reset was
occuring. I didn't troubleshoot, just swapped in a Dell keyboard. I assume
there was an issue with the early F37 kernel.
