Got it off of Koji and it works. thanks.
Of course that does not deal with why it is broken in the repo. But now
it is someone else's problem.

Wanted to install enscript and it failed:
Am I doing something wrong or is this prgm broken?
You could go to koji, download the binary rpm for F35,
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=367
and manually install it from the directory it is in using
dnf -C install [local package name]
I wonder if the error is because it is trying to access another
repository that no longer exists (because EOL), and aborts before the
actual install, even though it successfully retrieved enscript. You
could try turning off everything but the fedora repository in
/etc/yum.repos.d
Or you can just go to the locally saved copy (I think they are kept
somewhere in /var), and run the dnf command above on the already
downloaded package.
