Hello Jerry,

I do not think so.
1) I tried latex->dvips->ps2pdf
2) I tried --enable-write18
\usepackage{pst-plot}
\usepackage{auto-pst-pdf}

When I do not get an error, and get the pdf file, the 
expected blue line never shows up.
