More testing needed, but I did NOT have anything running. It might be that FF auto-restarted after reboot and that copy did not produce a window and I did not catch this.
What I just did was terminate all FF tasks.
Then started FF and got TWO FF windows open.

It is kind of annoying. The purpose seems to be to hand it of to the already running process.
