Since f37 (upgrade from f36) I do not get 'dates' in/from Nautilus - you know, in 'Preferences -> Grid View Captions' one can tell Nautilus what 'date' to show in Second and/or Third.

Mine shows only names & sizes.
I do not remember if there ever was a date option.But you do have the options Accessed, Created, Modified.Is this not sufficient for your needs? And what would 'date' signify?

Sorry I was also a bit terse. There is also the message:'More information will appear when zooming closer'In my case this is reasonable otherwise it would be almost unread-ably smallat least for my eyes.

It did not decrease the size of the font neither, just broke line(s) resulting in more/extra line showing data/time.
At this point, the way it works is.. well, ridiculous. In order to get all three fields/info, one must go into almost nonsensical zoom/icon size.
I wonder if this "misbehavior" depends on something and if it is somehow configurable, controllable.
