You are trying to send from: @F37-Server.localdomain Janﾠ 5 17:03:37 F37-Server postfix/qmgr[917]: 1AA22104C394: from=<root@F37-Server.localdomain>, size=485, nrcpt=1 (queue active) which is unlikely to be the FQDN that you are authorized to use to send mail via fastmail. You need to set your "From:" correctly for this to work.
