I don't know if there would be a problem or not, I just wanted to do everything the way I always did it because the way I install fedora (to reduce down time) is by installing in a virtual machine then rsyncing the VM root partition to a "real" partition and editing all the uuid's and such. Maybe that would have worked fine with GPT as well, but I didn't want to risk it :-). Maybe I'll try it when fedora 38 comes around (I did finally switch to keyfiles instead of ifcfg scripts for fedora 37 and that worked OK). _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
