It's not the partition table. There's no partition for that. It's probably some Windows special partition.
I also need to move sda4 to the end of sda3 or is it okay to just leave it at the end of the disk?
It probably doesn't matter where it is, but you might as well put it at the end of the disk. You're going to resize the other partitions to fill the disk anyway, right?
