Seems that you want to use the nvidia driver but it is not compiled and so the fallback nouveau is used.
Guess nouveau does not support 2 monitors.
Find the akmod logs for the nvidia build and see if there is a clue about what went wrong.
I do not see any such logs in the gnome "logview" tool (which is where I
see the boot and dnf logs). Where are the akmod logs?
