Agreed. I'd also note that in many MUAs, including Evolution and I
think TBird, if you select the material to comment on before hitting
Reply, it will Do The Right Thing. IOW if people paid more attention to
selective quoting rather than just adding a comment this problem
wouldn't arise.

Ok I will do like I did with this post. I cut off all below the bottom
line and the line its' self this time. I hit enter for a new line and
posted this, so I wasn't top posting. Did this work?
