So it isn't me. That's some slight consolation. But how do I know
what repo it's getting all these mandatory instant updates from?
On my Fedora 36, Gnome Software offers Firefox is as an RPM package
and also as a flatpak. I haven't tried the flatpak version, but see reports that
Firefox's built-in updater is disabled in the flatpak version because you are
supposed to get updates using flatpak.
