It looks like you have a usb drive attached, and it fails to suspend
because it is out of sync.

set 14 00:41:31 dodo.home.solinos.it kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: PM: failed to suspend async: error -16

Summary: You have to either issue a sync before suspend, or turn on
autosync in the kernel before suspend.  Details there.
