and clicking on the link for the maintainer, he has been active but not very much. Perhaps a gentile nudge at gsl-maintainers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or a bugzilla ticket would be sufficient.
That being said, if it includes a soname bump, it would likely only get updated in Rawhide.
