This certainly sounds like a bug. But, if it is related to nvidia, only they will be able to fix it. Two suggestions. Post on the rpmfusion list, they might have an idea about how to fix this as they package the nvidia drivers. Post at the nvidia site (I don't know it, but it should be available with a search.
