You don't need it. If you're referring to the rescue entry, then if the files don't exist, the entry obviously won't work. If you don't want that entry, then find the file in /boot/loader/entries that refers to it and delete that file.
But also, if the rescue files are deleted, they should get automatically re-created at the next kernel install.
