No, this is just part of the rawhide experience.  Changes are
happening, and library conflicts happen because dependencies aren't met
for dependent packages that aren't recompiled.  For the record, it
seems to be gdal-libs that are the source of the problem; they
require an older perl than the new one that wants to update.

As Patrick said, this question is really more appropriate on the test
list, especially this early in the rawhide release process.
