Network interfaces don't have entire subnets assigned to them. They have discrete IP addresses assigned to them.
What you /can/ do, though, is assign every one of the five usable IP addresses from your /29, one by one, to the same network interface.
Just follow anything you find in Google regarding adding an additional IP address to your existing network interface, and just repeat the same process, individually, for each IP address.
You will note that, as part of doing that, one of the things you will configure is each IP's netmask. That's going to be your entire /29.
