I have found a command[1] that blanks the screen from command line, but I need one to wakeup the screen since it blanks after 5 minutes of inactivity.

#------#
busctl --user set-property org.gnome.Mutter.DisplayConfig /org/gnome/Mutter/DisplayConfig org.gnome.Mutter.DisplayConfig PowerSaveMode i 1
#------#

If I can get a command to wakeup the monitor/display from sleep/blanking the dalarm.service and dalarm.timer will work as announced. Because of the xset equivalents not working on wayland I have to find an alternate solution,.

Best Regards,

Antonio
