It can use the old MBOX format but the best option for local mail is probably Maildir, which keeps a separate file for each message and is lock-free. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maildir If you have detailed questions, I'd suggest asking on the Evolution list (evolution-list@xxxxxxxxx). You can check the archives at: https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/ When posting on the list, be sure to mention your version of Evolution (Help->About). poc _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
