It is hard to say without more context.  You hid part of the
messages.  Is your system still functional?  Does it hang, or get
extremely slow?

This is saying that your BIOS has a bug, that it was supposed to
respond in a certain way according to the specifications, and didn't.
Can you update your BIOS firmware?  It is probably not fatal if your
system is still functioning properly, but you might be missing some
functionality with respect to power regulation.

Something to do with building akmods (kernel modules), but the actual
error is missing

GTF is probably a general timeout fault.  It didn't find what it was
looking for and timed out.  What was it looking for?  We don't know,
you left it out.

If everything is still working, your system worked around or recovered
from these errors.  The first two will probably keep occurring.  The
middle two are probably conditional on what is happening on your
system when those processes run.  And the last one is dependent on a
specific action, so will probably be rare.
