Hmmmm ... well how's about a company that designs *for* Linux? Star Labs https://starlabs.systems/ is a UK company that sells direct. I have their Starlite laptops and had absolutely no problem loading Fedora 32, even though it's not one of their "guaranteed to run" distos. Oh, and if something should go wrong, its nice to know that you won't get the, "Oh, we don't support Linux" response.
