Thanks that is the page I had gotten to that requires a
login submit a ticket, and when I went to the login page,
it just has an option to login. No option to create an
account. Sent a message via another page (FAQ?) but no
response yet. Live on Guam +1000 so not clear what an
858 areacode. Still not returning anything.
Thanks again for the Reply.

whois guamcc.edu
[Querying whois.educause.edu]
[whois.educause.edu]
That is all it returns.
Tried a few other edu sites, and all seem to give the same
results. Non-edu sites return the expected data.
Tired some online whois, and they seem to get the same
blank results so don't think it is a Fedora whois issue.
Went to the website, but they seem to require a login to
report a bug? Perhaps someone knows if something was
broken, and who it should be reported to?
Tried the other edu on Guam uog.edu, as well as
harvard.edu and mit.edu...
