Rollback generally doesn't work. The problem is that the previous
version of the package needs to be available to install and in most
cases it won't be. If all the packages were from the initial release
and not updates, then it might work. But in this case, it was a release
upgrade, so all the packages are in a completely separate repo. They
are in the F32 one, not the F33 which is currently configured on your
system.
