But considering that PID numbers now go up into the millions, I wonder how anything could be out of pids.
I have no idea as to what the entries are trying to convey. However, I think you may be misinterpreting the message about PIDs. I don't think the meaning is that the system has run out of PIDs. It sounds to me that a process has attempted to connect to a list of available PIDs of a given program and that all connection attempts to these have been refused and there are no more to try. -- On Facebook it is called Vaguebooking. _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
