I'm particularly fond of the "Success" at the end :-). But considering that

I have no idea as to what the entries are trying to convey.

However, I think you may be misinterpreting the message about PIDs. I don't think the meaning is that the system has
run out of PIDs.  It sounds to me that a process has attempted to connect to a list of available PIDs of a given program and
that all connection attempts to these have been refused and there are no more to try.
