Like I said - ... then it's Flatpack (and only Flatpack)
showing up as the source.. - certainly for me, in case of OBS.
OBS Studio comes with RPMFusion repos but those are all
switched on in Gnome's preferences.
But check Thunderbird, also only Flatpack sources, RPM is
not there.

For GNOME developers, life is easier when users are all running
the same apps via flatpaks, and users can easily move between
distros.  Since GNOME devs are doing the work, they get to set
priorities.
 

Also, checking for updates in Software seems to take ages,
sits there "Loading Updates" forever, in f35.

I have been experiencing long delays for "Loading Updates" in
Software for years.
