The same can be said about other networking protocols, which is why we had options to display them, or not, and let us make the choice about consequences. Trying to find a photo from a phone is a pain, they don't have useful filenames. You've got to go trawling through them all to find something. If you're organised, you might move photos into sensible folder names as you go along.
