I asked this a while ago but nobody got interested yet I'm really curious - when you connect your Android Phone via USB, do you get thumbnails? I cannot get my F34's Nautilus to show thumbnails off my Huawei Honor 10 with Android 10.

Your provider probably has a forum for users to help each other. Why don't you ask there?

I failed to guess what you are saying.

If you go to your phone service's website, you should find a forum where customers can get help from other customers who happen to know how to solve a particular problem. Ask your question there, and you'll probably get the help you need.
