There is more discussion about this here: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/t/gnome-software-center-wants-me-to-restart-to-install-updates/1283 Since you are using kde, it might be that a reboot doesn't trigger the correct application to update and then turn this message off. You could try going into a terminal or console and running dnf update to see if this would perform the pending updates, and then the next time you boot, whatever is sending the message might see that they are no longer pending and remain silent. How do you do your system updates? _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
