Sounds like you have a non-fedora repo enabled for which a subscription is needed.

Suggest you first try disabling the Oracle repo "virtualbox".
I don't use virtualbox much since qemu VM's work great. And, I don't know why you'd want the Oracle repo and
the Fedora VirtualBox repo both enabled.
