Been there for a while, not to worry, not something you can "fix". It tells the packager to stop using files in legacy /var/run/... and instead use /run/.... The specific complain here says that the file /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/kdm.conf says d /var/run/kdm/ 0711 root root - d /var/run/xdmctl 0711 root root - but should be d /run/kdm/ 0711 root root - d /run/xdmctl 0711 root root - but you should not change it, wait for the package to be corrected in an update.
